Persystent allows you to define and create sessions that multicast thousands of images at once. Multicast is a one-to-many transfer protocol that utilizes the network infrastructure more efficiently and requires the source to send a packet only once, even if it needs to be delivered to a large number of PCs. This is useful for large-scale rollouts where you need automation and control. It will significantly reduce the amount of time spent imaging PCs. Persystent also uses single instance file storage to minimize storage requirements and reduce network traffic.
